Light Strategy Tokens $LSTR tokens are designed to express support for and engagement with the Light Strategy community and its treasury-focused mission, as well as associated artwork, and are not intended as an investment opportunity, investment contract, or security of any kind. By using the Services, you acknowledge that $LSTR tokens should be acquired solely for this purpose and not as a financial investment. The price of $LSTR tokens may be highly volatile, and you may incur significant losses. No guarantees are made regarding the value, appreciation, or stability of $LSTR tokens.No information or Content provided through the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice or a solicitation to buy or sell securities or financial products. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws when purchasing or selling $LSTR tokens. ALL $LSTR TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. The Director and Covered Parties bear no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or inaccessible $LSTR tokens. Costs of procuring substitute goods or services.

This limitation applies to all causes of action, including breach of contract, negligence, or torts. If applicable law limits this provision, liability is capped at US$500.00. These limitations are fundamental to providing the Services.
Class Action Waiver To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring, join, or participate in any class action lawsuit against the Covered Parties. You consent to injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or remove you as a participant, and you agree to pay any attorney’s fees or court costs incurred by Covered Parties in seeking such relief. You may opt out of this provision by providing written notice within 30 days of first accessing the Website.
